I purchase pottery from Ceramiche Fanny in November 2007. I have not received it yet although I paid him about $1000 USD. Luca has responded to my email a couple of times and says he will ship it "soon" or "next week". One time he told me that my friend at the US Embassy in Rome had picked it up months ago. I told him that I didn't have a friend at the embassy and he apologized and said he would send me 12 plates instead of 8 like I ordered. He has not responded to any of my emails since October 2008. I have been trying to be nice but I am getting very frustrated that I haven't received my pottery yet. He has a very bad reputation on the internet and is probably hurting the other fair and honest artists in Deruta because of his reputation. That is too bad because the pottery is beautiful.
